Welding
We are pleased to advise that our welders are very experienced and are able to weld all manor of components. To compliment the skilled personal we also have a Robotic welding unit. This Robot welder has a 1.8 metre reach and is mounted onto a 6.0 metre track so that it can travel between 2 welding cells, thus greatly speeding up welding times & reducing costs.
We are able to weld small intricate components to large complex frames. So as you can see we are extremely versatile.
As well as MiG welding we carry out TiG, Arc and gas welding, plus projection and spot welding. We are able to weld mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other alloys. Please click pictures to enlarge.
